Let me confirm for you that there IS more. When we look after everyone else, we tend to forget about ourselves. When we start to feel like something has to change, it does! Here’s the thing, we can only go as far as what we know. As Maya Angelou said “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better”.
I use a combination of coaching and emotional freedom technique (EFT) that allows for sustainable long-term growth and success personally and professionally for the client. When I first meet my clients they are usually stuck and frustrated. Once they begin to understand their thoughts, behaviours and actions, they then begin to see what is possible!
